The challenge

We were asked by Lily Cole to help rapidly test early prototypes of the Impossible gift economy platform.

 

Our approach

We worked with the Impossible team to identify their ideal target users and then created an engagement campaign to reach these individuals and communities. We then designed and conducted user research testing digital prototypes and service propositions. 

 

The outcome

The user research identify a range of useful insights, opportunities and feedback that helped share the Impossible giving service.
