How can we design & launch a digital behavioural change coaching service?

The challenge

Developing digital service ideas that could better support patients to adhere to their medication post-heart attack and also reduce their re-admittance to hospital.


Our approach

We conducted user research to identify a need and digital service solution. Followed by prototyping the service and behaviour change content, whilst developing a business model to gain further investment to launch.


The outcome

The co-development of an innovative behavioural change digital coaching service. Focused on increasing self-efficacy and adherence for patients recovering from heart attacks in the US.
