The challenge

To help educate the public in animal welfare and kindness through creating a range of volunteering opportunities and mass community engagement initiatives.

 

Our approach

We started by engaging a wide range of stakeholders to identify insights and opportunity areas that aligned to the new 2021 RSPCA’s strategy. 

 

We ran rapid co-design sprints to develop service concepts and prototypes, looking at the user experience, design touchpoints, costs, logistics and impact for the society

 

The outcome

We produced an engagement and volunteering strategy with service designs, personas, journey maps, topline business cases and a roadmap for future progression in 2021-2023.
