the challenge

To use mindfulness to unblock creativity and relieve stress in the workplace.

our approach

We created a social venture that uses sound spas, cacao ceremonies, forest bathing and meditation to help businesses innovate when strategically planning. 


the outcome

Immersive wellbeing events have been run with the V&A, Natural History Museum, Nesta and Vivobarefoot. The Chiltern Sound Spa also runs wellbeing events for communities.
