The challenge

To help Performing Medicine develop their training consultancy services and business model 

Our approach

Following an initial deep-dive workshop we carried out stakeholder research to test the vision, offer and services. Using our blend of social design and business skills we created a new business strategy


The outcome

We delivered a kit of business tools that included a clearer mission and vision, the simplification of the service offer, a forecast, a credentials deck and design briefs for key marketing assets
