Our new Co-Design Tool is a digital application that allows us to gather emotive data from patients, carers and healthcare professionals about their experience of services.

Following the insight capture phase the Co-Design Tool then produces reports and infographics that help identify opportunities for using co-design to improve services. 

We recently used this tool with an NHS Healthcare Trust to engage patients, carers and staff around dementia services.
